A rebrand for The Wine & Spirit Education Trust, who provide globally recognised education and qualifications in wines, spirits and sake. They wanted to retain the essence of the existing logo, the Greek Goddess Ariadne wife of Dionysos the God of wine, but see this redrawn and modernised to lend itself better to a broader range of applications. Captured in the new brand proposition of 'A world of knowledge' is the creative concept focusing on the exciting journey of learning and discovery that opens a whole new world of... knowledge, skills, appreciation, recognition, insight and expertise. I created a lively and passionate visual language, a colourful expression which highlights the rich and versatile world of the wine & spirits industry. I introduced an active, lively image style, showcasing the diverse production of wine & spirits, a benefit-driven tone of voice and distinctive bright colour palette. The new brand was rolled out across all collateral including print, advertising, brochures, flyers, signage, exhibition and guidelines for in-house website design.
