A reliable and trusted investor, they aim to support the growth of an asset by improving health & safety conditions and service quality. Creating a positive change adds value to each investment and this active value creation approach is expressed in the new brand proposition of ‘Seeing potential | delivering value’. The new brand identity has a premium look & feel with a strong focus on their assets from a visual perspective combined with a paired back monochrome colour palette. The application of black & white photography and use of crop and perspective help to demonstrate scale add interest and create impact.
